How do I try Ergothiki with sample data?

A full, realistic year of work to see how everything fits together — and how to take it out without touching your own records.

Under Settings → Data → Test data, Add demo data builds a connected year of work: a team, customers and partners, offers, projects with work items, appointments, time, payments, closings, notes, messages and website drafts (which are never published). It takes a little while; you are told when it is ready.

The «Test data» page removes the office's sample records with one button: the ones with the flask icon in the lists. — Office settings › Data › Test data

Delete the demo data removes only what went in as sample data. If one of your own records was linked to a sample one (a real project on a sample customer, say), the sample record stays and is shown to you, so you can decide.

Sample data is added and removed by whoever changes the office's settings:
