How do I restore what was deleted, and when is it gone for good?

Where whatever you delete goes, who can bring it back, and when deleting becomes final.

On this page How do I restore a record? When is it deleted for good?

Whatever you delete in the office is not lost straight away: it goes to Deleted records (at the bottom of Settings). Files have a trash of their own, ErgoCloud's File trash, which empties itself after 30 days.

An ErgoMail conversation is deleted with Delete in its header. While it is in Deleted records, its attachments do not show in ErgoCloud's lists; when it is restored, it comes back as it was, with its labels. Empty deletes only the conversations you see, with their emails and attachments — an attachment saved into a project stays in the project.

How do I restore a record?

Restore on a row brings it back; a project returns with the work items deleted along with it, a note with its replies, a room with its messages.

When is it deleted for good?

Only a whole section at a time, with Empty and a confirmation — never a single row. After that nothing comes back. Website designs are the exception: they are deleted for good by themselves 30 days after they enter Deleted records.
