What does the Data protection page show?

The documents the office has accepted, who processes data on our behalf, what is sent to the AI, and your rights.

The Data protection page (under Settings → Data, and linked at the foot of every page) is open to every member of the office.

Data protection shows the documents the office accepted and the providers behind the processing, with the purpose and where the data is kept. — Office settings › Data › Data protection

Office documents	Each legal text, which version, when and by whom it was accepted — with its text and PDF. A new version is accepted from here
Sub-processors	Who processes data on our behalf
What is sent to the AI	What leaves with each action — and that the owner can switch it off for the whole office

Your rights	Exporting the data and deleting the office

How long each kind of data is kept is set out in the table inside the legal documents themselves. Your own personal data can be seen and downloaded under My data in your profile.
