Which reports do I make from the office's data?
Which reports you can make, who can make each, how to send them to a customer or partner, and what happens once one is downloaded.
Analysis → Reports makes PDF documents from the office's own records. You see only the kinds your role can make.

| Report | Who it is for |
|---|---|
| Project dossier | Internal, or for the customer |
| Project profitability | Internal only — every page says it is an internal document |
| Customer statement · Partner statement | Internal, or for them, over a period |
| Office period · People's time · Personnel period | Internal only, over a period |
| Office expenses | Internal, or for the accountant (official amounts only), over a period; for whoever can see amounts, with its own tab in the list (The «Office expenses» report) |
| Meeting minutes | Internal only; made by any member of the room, and by the management of the room's office — which sees the room's whole conversation. Someone removed from the room cannot open minutes carrying messages from after they left; their own they can still make. |
| Service statement | Internal only; for whoever manages the subscription |
What are the five steps?

What it is about, Who it is for, Sections, Your own words, Preview. Sections with amounts appear only to whoever can see amounts, and labour cost only to whoever can see it. From a project, Create a report in its menu opens the project dossier ready to go.
How do I send it?
In the list, Open opens the report. From there, Send with ErgoMail opens a new letter with the PDF inside; you choose the recipient from your Contacts. Whoever can read the report can send it.
What happens once it is downloaded?
Once you download or print a report it can no longer be changed or deleted — only archived. New version makes a fresh copy with today's figures. A report is archived or restored by whoever made it or whoever changes the office's settings. Each report is written in the language it was made in.
