What do I change in my profile?
Your details, password, photograph, language, appearance and account security — the things that concern only you.
Account › Profile & password holds what concerns only you; nothing you change here changes anything for the rest of the office.
| Tab | What it holds |

| Personal details | Name, email (the one you sign in with), mobile, title |
| Public profile (ErgoWeb) | Your short biography and which of it the office's website shows |
| Password | A new password — it asks for the current one first |
| Profile photograph | JPG or PNG up to 2 MB, cropped square, or a ready-made picture |
| Themes · Language · Time and region | The appearance, your language, your own time zone and time format — otherwise the office's apply |
| Leave · Notifications | Your leave and the daily summary by email (for office members; the summary when the office has Planning) |
| Security | Two-step verification and your sessions |
