How is artificial intelligence paid for with credits?

Monthly and bought credits, what uses them, where you see what was used, and how to buy more.

Every AI action — a draft, reading a document, a summary — uses credits, and so do video call minutes and their recordings. Each button shows its cost before you press it; if there are not enough credits, the action does not start.

Credits	How they work
This month's	Come with the plan each month and are used first; they do not carry over to the next month
Bought	Bought on the Credits & usage tab; they never expire
Gifts	A yearly payment brings credits as a thank-you

Under Settings → Subscription → Credit history you see every movement — purchases, gifts, use, corrections — by period, person and action, and downloads as CSV or Excel. Support actions are not charged to the office.

During the trial there are no monthly credits. Credits are managed by whoever manages the subscription:
