What does «My designs» keep?
Your website's designs — what the AI makes and the copies — what each button does, how they are kept and the live website's history.

What does each design show? What can I do with a design? How are they kept? How do I publish a design? The live website's historyMy designs (ErgoWeb → Home → «My designs») keeps every design of your website: what the AI makes and the copies you keep yourself. Nothing you do here changes the live website — only publishing changes it.

What does each design show?
Each card shows its state (Open draft, Saved or Live), its kind (With AI or Copy), how many pages it has, how much room it takes, and when and by whom it was made. The Kind of design filter shows all designs, only those the AI made or only the copies.
What can I do with a design?
| Button | What happens |
|---|---|
| Open | Shows the design beside the live website, page by page, and below them What changes: the new pages, those that change and those that will go, together with the checks before publishing. From there it is published with the same steps |
| Continue as a draft | Opens a new draft from the design; the design stays as it was. There is one open draft at a time: the previous one is saved |
| Duplicate | Makes a saved copy of the design |
| Rename | Changes the design's name |
| Delete | With a confirmation on the same page; the design goes to the Trash for 30 days and the live website does not change |
With Save the live website you keep the website as it is today as a copy.
When the design is the open draft and ErgoAI is on, its page also has the ErgoAI in the draft card: ErgoAI writes there page texts, posts, the showcase and photos, and the live website does not change. The ready questions and Open ErgoAI open ErgoAI with the question in the box, without sending it.
How are they kept?
No design expires, and whatever the AI makes is kept by itself. Only the content is kept; the images are shared, not copied. The room the designs take counts towards your plan; when there is not enough, a new design is not saved.
How do I publish a design?
On the card of a design that is not live, Publish… checks the design first. If it finds something that does not go public — something that looks like a land-registry code or a tax number, a customer's name, a project's address — or theme colours that are not easy to read, it says so, each in its own sentence, and the design is not published until you fix it. If all is well, it asks for Confirm on the same card: a copy of today's website is kept in the history first, and then the design becomes the live website.
Because publishing and restoring replace the live website, they are done by whoever also has the ErgoWeb delete permission; without it the two buttons do not appear.

The live website's history
Before every publish a copy of the live website is kept, in a separate part of the page. With Restore… the website goes back to an earlier version, with the same two steps; and then a copy of today's is kept first.
