What goes into the office's details?

The office's name, contact details, address and professional details — and its public link.

How does the public link change?

Settings → Office → Office details holds what says who the office is. It appears on documents and on offers. On the website the name and the logo appear; so do the phone, email and address, unless you set others in ErgoWeb › Identity. Tax number, tax office and TEE number never appear on the website.

Defaults and professional details	The default person responsible for projects (empty: the office's first member), the default VAT rate, the tax number and — where they apply in your country — the tax office and the professional registration number and category
Offers	What every new offer starts with: VAT on the document, the logo, the terms (e.g. how to pay, IBAN, deadlines). You see them here; they are changed in «How my offers look», where the document is shown too.

How does the public link change?

The office's address on Ergothiki is changed in a dialog: to change it you type the office's name again, exactly. The old address is never given to another office.

For offices in Greece the tax number is checked before it is saved. These details are changed by whoever changes the office's settings:
