How does an offer become a project?

An offer that is accepted and becomes a project, without typing anything twice.

    Build the offer with its work items and send it to the customer.

    The list of offers shows each offer's status and version, and the office's summary.

    Once the customer accepts, press «Convert to project»: the offer becomes a project with the same work items.

    In the project, give each work item an assignee and a deadline.

    A project's work items are split into those the office does itself and those given to partners, with the totals at the end.
