# How do I set the office's working week and holidays?

> Which days the office works, the country's public holidays and your own days — and where they count.

**Team › Leave & approvals › Hours & holidays** holds the office's calendar: its week and the days it is closed. Whoever may change the office's settings sees and changes it, and every change is recorded in the history.

### What is set in the working week?

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Working days | The days the office works each week: the open days of «Office hours», in Office settings. They are shown here and changed there, together with the hours. |
| The country's public holidays | Worked out every year, the moving ones from Easter. If the office works on one of them, switch it off: that day counts as a working day. |
| Your own days | Days the office is closed, for example the patron saint's day. |
| Leave allowances per person | Each person's yearly days, how many they used, how many await a decision and the balance, with their own week. Whoever manages the members sees it; the name opens the person's profile and the week their working days. |
| Leave rules | Whether leave needs approval, and whether the days not used pass on to the next year. |

### Where do non-working days count?

Non-working days count everywhere: in the team's workload, in deadlines, in the Timeline and in the time **Team › Overview** expects from each person. In **Team › Me › My time** they are shown faded but are written as usual if you worked.
