# What happens when the office has no subscription?

When the trial or the subscription ends, the office becomes a **Visitor**. Nothing is deleted; the work simply pauses until you choose a plan.

Credits you had bought wait. As soon as you choose a plan, everything comes back as it was. Anyone who does not manage the subscription is told that the office's management renews it.

The subscription is renewed by whoever holds its permission:
