# What is where in Team?

> Everything about the office's people is in one place, Team: what is yours, the team's, and its settings.

Last updated: 2026-10-27

**Team** has three parts: **Me** — what concerns you —, **Team** — the office's people — and **Team settings**. A row you cannot open is not shown, and a part with no rows for you does not appear at all. Beside some rows a number shows how much leave you have left, how many tasks you have open or how many requests are waiting.

On a plan with one user seat, Team shows only the members and roles, and one locked row «Team — with the Business plan» that opens the plans; **Team › Me › My time** appears only while time recording is on.

| Row | What it holds |
| --- | --- |
| **Team › Me › My time** | Your time by day and project |
| **Team › Me › My leave** | The year's leave allowance and your requests |
| **Team › Me › My tasks** | The tasks and work items assigned to you |
| **Team › Overview** | Each person's time against what was expected, and the days with nothing recorded |
| **Team › Members & roles** | The office's members; whoever manages them invites and edits from here |
| **Team › Leave & approvals** | Leave requests waiting for a decision, the leave calendar, and in **Team › Leave & approvals › Hours & holidays** the working days, the country's public holidays, your own closed days and the leave rules |
| **Team › Workload & schedule** | How busy each person is |
| **Team › Time & cost** | Days of work, offer against actual, and the cost of the work |
| **Team › Team settings › Roles & permissions** | The roles and their permissions |
| **Team › Team settings › Time recording** | How time and cost are recorded, and the weekly reminder |
| **Team › Team settings › Security** | Whether two-step verification is required for everyone |
