# What does the Team overview show?

> The team's week, month or year: time against the schedule, days without a record, absences, time per project.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

**Team › Overview** answers «who worked how much» — for whoever can see the team's members (the «View the team's members» permission); approvals and entries take managing them. At the top you pick **Week**, **Month** or **Year**; the arrows go to the previous or the next period.

### What do the period's figures count?

| Figure | What it counts |
| --- | --- |
| Time recorded | The time recorded, as a share of what was expected **up to today** — each person's working schedule |
| Days with nothing recorded | Working days up to yesterday with nothing recorded, how many people and the oldest |
| Away today | Who is on leave or away today |
| Requests waiting | Leave requests waiting for a decision |

### What does the people table show?

Each row is a person: **Time (recorded / expected)**, **Not recorded**, **Main projects** and the year's leave. Opening a row shows the days without a record and **Remind**, which sends the person a notification; **Person page** opens their page.

### How is the time spread over projects?

The **Time per project** tab spreads the same time over the period's projects: each column is a project by its name, and the last row, **Total**, adds up the whole team. Labour cost shows only to whoever may see it. The period also downloads as Excel or PDF.

The Overview says what happened. «Who will be overloaded» is said by **Planning** (team load) and **Workload & schedule**.
