# How do I open a support request?

> How to open a support request, how it moves along, and who in the office can write.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

From the **?** menu, **Support** opens the office's requests. **+ New ticket** asks for a subject, a category and a message, and takes up to four files (images or PDFs).

| Category | What for |
| --- | --- |
| Something is broken | Something does not work |
| A question | How to do something |
| A suggestion | An idea for Ergothiki |
| Subscription or payment | Plan, charges, invoices |

### How does a request move along?

A request is **Open** until we reply, then **Answered**; if you write again, it opens again. Support closes it, and then it takes no further replies — for something new, open a new request. Some plans are answered with priority.

The office's requests are seen by whoever may view them:

| Permission | Office Owner | Office administrator | Project manager | Technical staff | Secretariat | Accounting | Website manager |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| View the office's support requests | ✓yes | ✓yes | ✓yes | —no | —no | —no | —no |

Requests are written and answered by whoever has the support permission:

| Permission | Office Owner | Office administrator | Project manager | Technical staff | Secretariat | Accounting | Website manager |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Write and answer support requests | ✓yes | ✓yes | ✓yes | —no | —no | —no | —no |
