# Where do I find the subscription's payments, receipts and invoices?

**Settings → Subscription → Payments & receipts** (the subscription page's **Documents** tab) holds every payment the office has made to Ergothiki.

| Document | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| Payment receipt (Stripe) | Proof that the card was charged — not the official invoice |
| Invoices | The official invoice for your subscription, once it has been issued and posted |

Payments covered entirely by referral credit are listed separately. **Manage how you pay →** opens Stripe's page, where you change the card or cancel; card details are not stored by Ergothiki.

The documents are seen by whoever manages the subscription:
