# What do the office's Statistics show?

> What each Statistics tab shows, for which period, and who can see them.

**Analysis → Statistics** shows the office's figures for a year or for a period (**From** – **To**).

| Tab | What it shows |

| Overview | Receivable and payable from the agreed fees of the period's projects (awarded within it) and how much has come in or gone out for those projects — not the money received during the period; the net cash to date and the expected result; the money month by month, projects by status, service and expense categories; and the **age of balances** as of today: 0–30 · 31–60 · 61–90 · over 90 days, the largest customer balances and what you owe partners |
| Projects | How projects are being closed, and where they wait: the period's **waits**, what is waiting now and who for |
| Customers and partners | Receivable and payable by customer and partner, new customers; and the **customer portal**: how many customers have access, how many signed in during the period and how many messages they wrote (numbers only, never what they say) |
| Offers | How many went out, how many were accepted or rejected and in how many days, which have waited over 30 days, how many accepted ones became projects, by service; by the same rules as the offers list (amounts only for whoever sees money) |
| Communication | The office's **ErgoMail** (incoming, outgoing, first reply in working hours, unanswered for more than 48 hours; the office's box only, never personal ones, and only for whoever can read it), video calls and recordings, and the rooms with their messages and shared files |

| Usage | What the office uses of its plan: ErgoCloud space, files, members and seats, the period's **credits** and what is left, by function and by month (by member only for whoever manages the subscription), the **AI agents** by connection; below it ErgoCloud's file summary (for whoever can reach ErgoCloud). Numbers only, never the content |

Statistics measure the **projects**: profits and the Project contribution are without VAT and do not take off the office's expenses or the time off projects; payments in and out are the till's amounts, with VAT. The office's own net is under **Finances › Overview** ([The office's finances](https://ergothiki.gr/help/finances)).

Team workload, time and labour cost are under Team. The website's statistics are in ErgoWeb. The amounts are what you **recorded** — fees and payments — not accounts.

Statistics are open to whoever has their permission:
