# How do I set the office's country, language, currency and formats?

**Settings → Office → Region & format** tells Ergothiki where the office works. The country brings its own defaults; every other choice also offers «Country default».

**How it will look** shows a date, a time and an amount with your choices straight away. If you change the currency you are asked to confirm: amounts already recorded are not converted.

Each member can choose their own language, time zone and time format in **Account › Profile & password**. The office's choices are changed by whoever changes its settings:
