# ErgoAI: ask your Ergothiki

> The two modes, the proposals you approve, what it sees in a conversation and what it costs.

**ErgoAI** is the assistant inside Ergothiki. The **Ask ErgoAI…** bar at the bottom of every screen opens the panel (the / key does too); from there the full screen opens, with your conversations and what is waiting for your approval.

### What are the two modes?

| Mode | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Ergothiki | Answers from the office's data, only what your role allows. Whatever it writes or sends, it proposes first on a card. |
| General | General questions, with a web search; it does not see the office's data. |

The mode and the tier are chosen before a conversation's first message; to change them, you start a new one.

### How do I approve a proposal?

Every action that writes, changes or sends appears as a card with its fields: you **approve** it, change a field first, or cancel it. Nothing happens without your approval. When a proposal pays, changes or deletes an expense or a recurring bill, the card shows the record itself — title, amount, date, payment — so you see which record ErgoAI picked; if it changes before you approve, the card asks you to look again. When a proposal changes the office's published website, approving it first shows what will change and what to check (personal details, say); it is published only with a second, separate press, and afterwards, with **Undo**, you can undo it once — the page goes back to how it was, as a new version. Undo is there only for the conversation's last change and only while the page has not changed since, so that it never erases what you wrote meanwhile. When there is an open draft in «My designs», the proposal writes to the draft with one approval and the live website does not change. A proposal nobody decided within seven days expires.

### What does ErgoAI see in a conversation?

In Ergothiki mode, the record of the page you have open — a project, a customer, a meeting or an ErgoMail thread — shows as **Linked** and goes with the message; × leaves it out. With **Add…** you put in more, up to five together, only from what you can see. Beyond these, whatever ErgoAI asks for it reads again with your own rights.

### What does it cost?

Every answer is paid with the office's credits; **Fast** costs less, **Strong** more, and the panel shows the balance. On a trial ErgoAI has credits of its own and some tiers open with a plan.

### How long are conversations kept?

Your conversations are yours alone. You delete them whenever you like, for good; those not continued for twelve months are deleted by themselves.

### Who switches it on?

ErgoAI comes **switched on** and starts on **Fast**. Whoever changes the office's settings switches it off or on and sets which tiers are allowed, under **Settings › AI agents › ErgoAI**; everyone picks the tier they want in the panel, and the choice stays.
