# How is artificial intelligence paid for with credits?

Every AI action — a draft, reading a document, a summary — uses **credits**, and so do video call minutes and their recordings. Each button shows its cost before you press it; if there are not enough credits, the action does not start.

| Bought | Bought on the **Credits & usage** tab; they never expire |
| Gifts | A yearly payment brings credits as a thank-you |

Under **Settings → Subscription → Credit history** you see every movement — purchases, gifts, use, corrections — by period, person and action, and downloads as CSV or Excel. Support actions are not charged to the office.

During the trial there are no monthly credits. Credits are managed by whoever manages the subscription:
