# How does the Control Centre show what needs attention today?

> How to see on one page what is critical, what needs watching, what cannot be judged and what is ready to close — and how to deal with each.

**Projects → Control Centre** gathers the alerts about your projects, grouped by project. Projects are assessed every hour, and again straight after any change. A number beside the menu item shows how many critical ones are yours.

### How do I deal with an alert?

Pressing an alert opens its panel, with the button that fits it: assign, dates (this opens the Timeline's dates panel), next step, waiting, or closing the project. There is also **Snooze…** (tomorrow, 3 days, a week or up to 60 days), **Hide**, and **Wrong alert…** with the reason. With the keyboard: ↑ ↓ move between alerts, Enter does the main action, S snoozes.

When a member of the team is suspended, Today shows their assignments with **Hand over all** or **I'll take them**. When the office has AI switched on, **✦ Day summary** writes a short picture of the day and uses credits.

### Who is notified, and when?

When a project turns «Critical», its overall project owner is notified — or, if there is none or they are inactive, the office's owner. Not again for the same project within 72 hours, and at most five a day per person. Anyone who wants it can also ask for a morning email with the day's matters, on working days only. On the Home page, the **Control Centre · Today** panel shows how many are critical and how many are being watched, and the first ones that concern you.
