# What does the office's calendar show?

> Appointments, deadlines for projects, work items, tasks and expenses, and leave — how to read the calendar and what each layer holds.

Last updated: 2026-10-29

**Daily → Calendar** shows a month of everything in the office that has a date. ◂ and ▸ change the month and **Today** brings you back; down the side are today and **The next 7 days**.

### What does each layer show?

Each button shows or hides a layer and shows how many the month holds; **All** shows them all again.

| Layer | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Office appointments | Appointments at the office, and planned video calls with customers |
| Field work | Field work appointments |
| Projects | The date each project was awarded |
| Deadlines: projects · work items · tasks · expenses | Projects' target completion, work items' deadlines, tasks' due dates and the dates expenses fall due |
| Staff absences | Who is away and what kind of leave it is — never the note on the request. A request still waiting for approval is shown faded and marked as pending |

### How do I see only mine, or a member's?

**Mine only** keeps what is assigned to you; picking a member shows theirs. Expenses have no assignee, so they drop out when you look at one person. And they are shown only to whoever manages project expenses and can see the projects' content. Anything completed, cancelled or paid stays on the calendar, faded.

Everyone in the office can see the calendar. An appointment or a task is changed on its own page, with its own permission.
